Social Partnership · Event Co-Branding Product
Vietbaby is Vietnam's largest mom & baby fair — 30,393 visitors in 4 days. But 450 brands are there too, and most just build a booth and wait. Social Partnership is the package that means a brand doesn't have to wait: aFamily drives people to the booth, commits to a minimum of 50 KOC review videos, and wraps the whole journey in media coverage before, during and after the event.
This is a contractual commitment, not an estimate. Mom & baby KOCs are invited and brought to the booth by aFamily, try the real product on the spot, and film and post to their own channels. After the fair, the brand keeps the entire video library as a long-term asset for ads and sales.
01 · What Social Partnership is
This isn't a one-off media booking. It's a partnership in which aFamily — Vietnam's leading women & family publication, part of the Admicro/VCCorp ecosystem — co-brands the presence, bringing its full content infrastructure, experts, community and KOCs to work for the brand's booth.
02 · Why you need more than a booth
30,393 people pass through the fair. But they follow the organiser's own route, stop where something is happening, and only remember the booths that gave them a reason to. Paying for a booth and leaving it at that is paying for an opportunity — not a result.
03 · The right mothers, at the right time
Among all fair visitors, this is the group aFamily serves most deeply every day — not the entire visitor profile.
04 · Where it happens
Every activity has a single purpose: getting real people to stand in front of the brand's booth.
Front 1
Hands-on activities, sampling, mini-games and lucky draws right at the booth. KOCs come to film reviews with product and brand staff support on site.
Front 2
KOC Live training events led by aFamily, carrying the brand's name. The stage area is the busiest stop at the fair across all 4 days.
Front 3
PR articles, social posts, TikTok videos, livestreams and community seeding — running beforehand to draw people in, and afterward to multiply the value of what happened.
05 · How we do it
This is the biggest difference versus renting a booth alone. We don't just invite KOCs — we give them a reason they have to show up, film, and post.
KOCs are trained live on how to livestream and review products, practising right at the booth area — trying the product, filming and posting real content on the spot, and receiving a review gift from the brand after posting.
A group of mom & baby KOCs is routed to the brand's booth, tries the product, films a review on the spot and posts it the same day. A minimum of 50 videos committed — real content filmed at the fair, not re-shot at home.
Mini-games, product trials, small kids' contests, branded giveaways. The goal: keep visitors long enough to remember the name, and enjoying it enough to post a photo.
A livestream session at the booth with a host and KOCs, linked to the brand's own sales channel — turning passing foot traffic into a measurable order.
06 · When it runs
Most brands are only active during the 4 fair days. The real value sits in what happens before and after.

The media registration deadline is April 2027. Best to confirm the partnership early — that's what makes the difference between a busy booth and an empty one.
